Founder & Principal
Dan is an economist who uses the tools of econometrics, data science, and machine learning to unlock real estate market insights. He has over a decade of experience evaluating Senior Housing markets and is a member of the National Association for Business Economics. His insights have been featured in Seniors Housing Business, McKnights, and Senior Housing News. He served as the Director of the Applied AI Lab at Waukesha County Technical College and has taught business analytics at Marquette University. In 2022, Dan won the Contributed Paper Award with the National Association for Business Economics.
